Return and EXCHANGE Policy

The below return and exchange policy is for all purchases made on www.trashtheclassics.com and/or in person, payable to Madman Motorsports LLC. dba Trash the Classics.

Terms to Return or Exchanges:

• Eligible returns consist of a 50% refund on items unworn, unwashed, and purchased within thirty (30) days of shipment.
• Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery date to info@trashtheclassics.com
• Any order that is processed and ready to ship is subject to a 50% restocking fee on cancelled orders.
• All sale items are final sale items and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Exchanges are only eligible within thirty (30) days of shipment and must be for the same item. We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items and wrong size. If your size is out of stock, you will offered a full refund or exchange for another item equal in value. 
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for lost mail if it does not make it back to us. We strongly suggest that you use a trackable method to mail back your return. 
• All returns, refunds and/or exchanges must be sent to: Trash the Classics, PO Box 951 Okeechobee, FL. 34973 AFTER emailing us at info@trashtheclassics.com
• Hats and/or any head gear is not eligible for a return or exchange, they are final sale items only.
